Signatory presents this impressive single malt from Bunnahabhain as part of the Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 2001, the whisky spent 23 years maturing in an oloroso sherry butt, yielding a total of 540 bottles when it was opened in 2025.
Please note: Signatory contacted us regarding a small labelling error with this bottle – the label details cask number 1438, when in fact this batch was drawn from cask 1436. They were clearly just distracted by how delicious it is. All other details are accurate.
