Nose
A smoky bonfire caught on a sea breeze, with a metallic note balanced by candied ginger heat and damp grass.
Palate
Smoked meats in a rye bread sandwich, a generous helping of black pepper with a hint of sage, apricot and pineapple.
Finish
Black pepper heat on a smoky finish.
