Single cask Bruichladdich single malt here from The Single Malts of Scotland indie bottling range. This one is unpeated, distilled on the isle of Islay back in December 1992 and left to age in a hogshead cask. After 26 years of maturation came to a close, the whisky was bottled in November 2019 with an outturn of 228 bottles.
Papaya, white wine, cedar, cigar box, marmalade.
Softly spicy with cinnamon and pepper, but soon juxtaposed with tangy tropical fruit and toffee.
Shortbread, honey, pineapple.
