A single cask Speyside whisky, bottled by Adelphi. This is single cask number 5142, a release of 612 bottles, which is the 4th sherry butt in the Breath of Speyside range.
Tangy and fruity, tart sherry, musty. All sorts of conserves, berry fruits, apples.
Stewed fruits, stone fruits, stewed plums, caramel, toffee, sherry, apple cider, nutty notes.
Cocoa, sherry, brandy butter, oranges. Supple and sublime.
This is one of my favourites!
