Single Malt
This limited edition Speyside single malt was distilled at Braeval in January 2009. It matured in a single bourbon cask for 13 years before being bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for The Cooper's Choice series. Non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, only 336 bottles were produced.
Buttery shortbread, poached pears, and a touch of almond nougat.
Apple compote, dried apricots, and nutty malt, with some peppery spice.
Oaky vanilla joins warming spice.
