The entry-level expression from the Bower Hill bourbon range, bottled at 43% ABV. The name comes from the Battle of Bower Hill, which took place during the Whiskey Rebellion, making it a rather fitting name.
Pear, apple and milky coffee. A hint of burnt sugar.
Well-rounded vanilla. Subtle vegetal sweetness at points (tobacco perhaps?). Sugary boiled sweets.
Brown sugar and Swedish pepparkakor.
