A superb sherried single malt from the Blair Athol Distillery, independently bottled by Douglas Laing! It's an eight year old expression, and it has been released as part of Douglas Laing's Premier Barrel series. As such, it comes in interesting bottles shaped like flasks, with a label that is literally covered in alliteration.
Crisp green apple, honeyed barley, cinnamon buns dipped in coffee.
Marmalade and lemon curd, mellowed by caramel and grassy malt.
Baking spices, treacle tart, and toffee apples.
