Bourbon
A single cask independent bottling from Blair Athol in Pitlochry in Perthshire. It was distilled in 2014 and went into an ex-bourbon hogshead for eight years before bottling in 2022 at cask strength without chill-filtering or colour added.
Sweet nose with cereal notes, toffee and lemon peel.
Stone fruit, honey and orange blossom with sweeter notes of caramel and vanilla.
Sweet fudge notes on the finish with a dusting of cinnamon
