Something rather special here, it's a 35-year-old single malt from Blair Athol released by independent bottler Signatory to celebrate its 35th anniversary! Distilled in September 1988, the whisky matured in an oloroso sherry butt, yielding a total of 450 bottles when it was opened in October 2023 to join Signatory's Cask Strength Collection Rare Reserve.
