A single cask Blair Athol whisky here, distilled back in 2011 and then aged in a refill barrel for 12 years before it was bottled up in 2023 at 48.4% ABV without colouring or chill filtration by Douglas Laing for its Old Particular range.
Vanilla, cinnamon, toasted brown sugar, and tinned apricot.
Honeyed barley, apricot yoghurt, toasted almond, cinder toffee, and vanilla.
Tropical fruit and toffee.
