Part of a new range from Douglas Laing, the Old Particular bottlings are produced to some very partic... precise guidelines. Top quality single casks bottled, of course, without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
This particu... specific Bladnoch was aged for 21 years, distilled in September 1991 and bottled in August 2013 with an abv of 51.50%. Cask 9956, a refill hogshead, yielded 170 bottles. A fruity treat!
Nicely fruity nose, with beautiful candied fruit. It takes another dimension in the mouth, with a nice biscuit. It is round and quite soft and the alcohol is well balanced.
