This was matured for 16 years in 2 casks, hogsheads numbers 754 and 755. Distilled on the 8th March 1993 and bottled by Signatory on the 7th December 2009. A release of just 834 individually numbered bottles.

Just opened this 8-1-2010, on the lighter side, not heavy or smokey. My first impression was that of pineapple, I didn't get the yogurt taste that I had read about in the past. I truly love this Scotch, from the first sip until the last.
