
Crafted at the world’s northernmost distillery, Bivrost Heimdallr brings together Norwegian heritage barley, Kveik yeast strains and Arctic maturation to create a whisky shaped by climate as much as craft. Matured in rye and Amontillado seasoned casks, it develops a fruity, nutty sweetness lifted by spice and gentle coastal freshness. This is the first release in the Æsir series and stands as a watchful, balanced whisky with a distinct northern soul.
Apricot, honeyed malt, roasted nuts and rye spice wrapped in gentle sherry fruit and soft sweetness.
Caramelised orange, dried fruit, almonds and cinnamon over rye driven pepper, fresh oak and a delicate coastal lift.
Long and warming with Amontillado dryness, nutty chocolate, vanilla and a clean, mineral chill.
