This Benromach was distilled in 2008 using Scottish organic barley and left to mature in virgin American oak casks until 2014, when it was bottled. Big and bold with plenty of malty notes at the core, surrounded with toffee, banana and milk chocolate notes with some spicy, peppery oak giving depth.

The (so far) one and only organic wiskey available is a smooth and sympathetic single blend! I will chose it again ahead of more distinguished brands!
