This single malt Scotch whisky is from Benromach’s Contrasts series and is certified organic having been fully accredited from start to finish by the UK Soil Association. It matured entirely in virgin American oak casks resulting in a creamy profile with layers of vanilla, tropical fruit, coffee, and soft spice.
Sweet vanilla and ripe fruits accompany citrus zest. Toasted malt leads to green apples.
Creamy with soft pepper and butterscotch. Freshly ground coffee develops alongside dried banana and a subtle herbal edge.
Medium bodied and long with aniseed and cocoa powder.
