Benrinnes single malt aged in a single refill hogshead for 18 years! It was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2015 by the chaps from Hunter Laing for The First Editions range, which was recently given a fresh lick of paint (metaphorically). 285 bottles were produced.

Nose
Pistachio ice cream with a drizzle of honey, fresh oranges and ginger.
Palate
Chocolate cake, vanilla pod, pear and violet petals.
Finish
Green apples and foam bananas.
