An 11-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Benrinnes distillery, bottled by Adelphi. This Speysider was distilled in 2012 and matured in a refill sherry hogshead before being bottled in 2022 at a cask strength of 56.2%, with no added colour, and non-chill filtered. An outturn of only 341 bottles.
Sweet and fruity barbeque flavours, with bacon, and spiced ginger cake.
Sherry-soaked fruits, with cocoa nibs, fruitcake, and a twist of liquorice.
Earthy spices linger.
