Bourbon
A single cask Benrinnes, distilled in 2012 and matured for 10 years in a first-fill bourbon hogshead. The Speyside single malt Scotch whisky was independently bottled in 2023 by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection, with an outturn of only 275 bottles.
Sweet and malty, with some cinnamon, fresh pastries, and vanilla fudge.
Toffee, flapjacks, milk chocolate, and allspice, with oak char.
Warming oak, with brown sugar.
