This was distilled on the 6th June 1995 at the Benrinnes distillery. It was then matured in hogshead 5885 for 16 years before bottling on the 6th January 2012 by Signatory. A release of 313 numbered bottles.
Soft sherry, caramelised sugar and dried peels. A hint of spongecake, coconut and barley malt.
Malty and medium-bodied, it offers up freshly cut herbs, salty caramel, toasted almond and crème caramel.
Brazil nuts and peppermint.
