Rum Finish

Sweet meets peat here with another bottling from Benriach's 16th batch of single cask released. This is a peated single malt, distilled in January 2007 and allowed to age in a rum barrel for a dozen years before being bottled in 2019. A small outturn of just 198 bottles.
Jamaican rum truffles with cocoa beans, coconut milk and chocolate cake, intermingled with sea salt and star anise.
Pina colada with cocoa beans, rum and raisin ice cream and iced cappuccino leaving a rum-laced espresso coffee finish.
