This single malt from Ben Nevis joins the 100 Proof Edition from independent bottler Signatory. Distilled in 2015, the whisky spent years maturing in a host of first and second fill oloroso sherry butts before it was bottled at 57.1% ABV, or 100-proof in old imperial standards.

Apricots with honey join notes of waxed citrus before chocolate raisins and cakey spice arrive.
Palate
Silky layers of caramel and floral honey join rich, sherried oak, prunes, and dates.
