Distilled at Ben Nevis in July 2013, this single malt spent the next eight years resting in a trio of hogsheads. In April 2022, the gang at Signatory deemed it good and ready for bottling, so they did just that, releasing this expression without any added colour, or chill-filtration, for the aptly named Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Waxy lemons, creamy chai, honeycomb, butterscotch.
Creamy vanilla fudge, Sesame Snaps, candied orange, juicy stone fruits.
Burnt sugar, toasted coconut, savoury oak, and spiced citrus.
