Splendid single malt from Ben Nevis, distilled in 2011 and matured for 11 years in a single sherry butt. A total of 880 bottles were drawn from the cask in 2023, joining the independent Hepburn's Choice collection.
Zesty layers of marmalade, runny caramel, and honeyed barley.
Sweet candied citrus and floral honey lead the way, with a touch of ginger, and biscuity malt beneath.
Soft oaken spices arrive for the finish, with honeyed sultanas, runny toffee, and a touch of pithy orange peel.
