Distilled in 2012, this single malt from Ben Nevis spent 10 years maturing, including a finish in a Pauillac wine cask. A total of 311 bottles were drawn from the cask in 2023, independently released by Murray McDavid
Sweet, floral, nutty notes of nougat, spiced honey, and biscuity malt.
Sweetly spiced pastries, petal tea, cinnamon buns, and buttery oak.
A hint of baklava arrives for the finish, with baking spices, elegant oak, and mellow malt.
