28 year old single malt from the Balmenach distillery, drawn from a single hogshead which was filled in November 1988 and cracked open in January 2017. 155 bottles were released as part of Signatory's Cask Strength Collection.
Juicy apple and orange, with a touch of toasted marshmallow too.
Raisin & oat biscuits, dried banana and toffee apple.
Buttery, with a punchy note of oak-y cinnamon.
