A Duncan Taylor bottling of Aultmore single malt, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2015 after enjoying a finishing period in a tiny Octave cask for 8 months. Only 110 bottles were produced.
Cherries in liqueur, stewed raisins, red apples and a hint of chopped herb bringing a savour touch to the nose.
Fruit & nut chocolate bars, vanilla pod, some tobacco smoke.
Blackcurrant, spicy oak, caramel.
