Incredibly well-aged single malt from the Aultmore distillery, drawn from a single cask which homed the whisky for 35 years - from 1982 to 2017! This was independently bottled by the fine folks from Adelphi, with an outturn of 196 bottles.
Resinous oak, spiced fruit punch, poached pears and horchata.
Full-bodied toffee richness, paired with melon, damson and a touch of blackberry leaf.
A long, elegant finish of dark chocolate, coffee bean and salted caramel.
