Aultmore 20 Year Old - Batch 8 (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)
Delicious 20 year old single malt from Aultmore, independently bottled by Tht Boutique-y Whisky Company! This is a popular bottling from the Boutique-y folks, partly because Aultmore is excellent, and partly because the label features a shark fighting a velociraptor. The natural predator of the shark is a velociraptor, so this is just a simple demonstration of the food chain.
Batch 8 is a release of 997 bottles.

Nose
Tropical fruit drenched in rum, flaky pastry, a hint of tobacco.
Palate
Earthy barley and hazelnut, before waves of honeydew melon and pineapple notes appear.
Finish
Caramelised biscuits and a kick of spicy oak.
