Aultmore 16 Year Old 2009 Exceptional Cask - 100 Proof Edition #14 (Signatory)
This 16-year-old Aultmore from Signatory’s Exceptional Cask Edition #14 turns the soft Speyside spirit into a full-on sherry feast. Distilled in 2012 and matured entirely in first-fill oloroso butts, it comes out bold, dark, fruited and deeply aromatic, all while keeping Aultmore’s gentle orchard quality intact. Bottled at 100 proof (57.1% ABV).

Nose
Dried fruits, dark chocolate, toffee, and rich oloroso sweetness with hints of baking spice and polished oak.
Palate
Full-bodied and indulgent, offering flavours of raisins, figs, caramel, spiced malt, and warming sherry richness with a silky texture.
Finish
Long and warming, with lingering notes of dried fruit, cocoa, sweet oak, and gentle spice.
