This Auchroisk from The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. was aptly-named Speyside Dessert, because thanks to a finish in a Moscatel cask it's packed full of honeyed, fudgey deliciousness. Just 300 bottles were released at 58.5% ABV for The Cooper's Choice series.
A drizzle of caramel, with butterscotch and sultana.
More dried fruit, with vanilla fudge, golden syrup and caramelised nuts.
Honeyed baking spices linger.
