Auchroisk 7 Year Old 2011 - Strictly Limited (Càrn Mòr)
This Auchroisk was distilled in 2011 and aged for seven years in a pair of hogsheads before being bottled by Càrn Mòr in 2019 for the Strictly Limited range. A limited outturn of 820 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Rich malt, buttery notes and an underlying sweetness.
Palate
Rounded and complex, more of that malt alongside jammy fruit and spicy hints.
Finish
Peppery and oh so malty. A very malty dram.
