Hunter Laing
Scotland
Single Malt

Distilled at Auchroisk in 2000, this splendid single malt was filled into a single hogshead, where it remained for the next 21 years! After this generous slumber, the cask was opened by indie bottler Hunter Laing, releasing a total of 259 bottles for the First Editions collection.
Sweet caramel, summer berries and cherries, a whiff of fresh hay, and a touch of anise.
Soft wafts of peach and pear are followed by creamy butterscotch, with earthen, spicy malt beneath.
The spice builds on the finish with warming pangs of ginger and peppery heat.
