A single cask 15-year-old Auchroisk bottling here, bottled by Alistair Walker for their Infrequent Flyers series. The 2008 vintage Scotch whisky was finished in a tawny Port hogshead (cask #804238) and then presented without colouring or chill filtration at 56.6% ABV.
Stewed plum, orange peel, tinned peaches, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
More stone fruit and citrus with ginger, toffee, and the black Wine Gums.
Very fruity and vibrant.
