Indie Auchriosk from Hidden Spirits, distilled back in 2008 and matured in a single cask for 13 years – not unlucky for this tasty Speysider! It was treated to a finish in an oloroso sherry cask before it was bottled in 2022 at a generous 52.4% ABV.
Plump raisin, apple pie, and peppery wood.
Bakewell tart, cinnamon rolls, and oak char.
Dried fig, and hot cross buns.
