Another release from the fabulous Fable Whisky independent bottling series! This expression comes from the Auchroisk Distillery, and was matured in a hogshead cask for 12 years before being bottled up at cask strength. The labels feature artwork by Hugo Cuellar, depicting a moment from the folklore tale 'The Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay'.
Cut grass and subtle floral heather hints, with creamy fragrant vanilla over the top.
White chocolate, peppercorn, sherbet lemon sweeties, still subtly grassy.
Drying spiciness, with a smidge of oak.
