Awesome Auchroisk single malt, distilled in January 2009 and popped into a single American oak hogshead to slumber. 12 years later, in November 2021 the cask was opened up by the folks at Auld Goonsy's Malt, releasing a total outturn of 262 bottles of this splendid Speysider.
Crunchy honey biscuits, fragrant baking spices, roasted peanuts with wafts of vanilla caramel.
Buttered fruit scones, creamy barley with a scattering of citrus peels and zingy ginger.
Apple crumble with a good helping of prickly ginger, soft vanilla cream.
