Officially launched in 2006, this 10 year old lies at the heart of the Isle of Arran range and exudes all the honeyed richness we have come to associate with the island distillery.
Herbal, biscuity, hedgerow greenness and dried grass, like a long English summer's afternoon.
Sweet. Quite malty, digestive biscuits, followed by green fruits and Cox's apple peel.
Slightly bitter, maltiness.

Online Scotch Whiskey Awards, 2023, Best Value Single Malt (three years running). Do you really need my personal view? Right... I love mellow Highland and Speyside malts. This is a superb whiskey in keeping with my taste. I always take a bottle to share with my dear old friends on our annual fly fishing week together. Does that persuade you?
Just a stunning drop at this price
For £40 a bottle this stuff is hard to beat. Also very smooth for a 10yo. Will definitely be checking to see what other offerings this distillery has.

This is a great whisky despite its relative youth. Sweet smooth and very drinkable but perhaps with not so much character as more acclaimed iterations but for price and character.. it’s definitely one of the better Whisky’s in this price range. Would definitely buy more from Arran
