
Highland single malt whisky here from the fab Ardnamurchan, its first to be aged in Caribbean rum casks. It's a fantastically funky, grassy, earthy, oily, and tropical-tasting whisky bottled at 55% ABV without chill-filtration or additional colouring.
Cut grass, peat smoke, charred pineapple, salted caramel, and aromatic spice.
Banoffee pie, orange oil, earthy peat, pepper, and ginger cake.
Tropical and smoky.

Quite nice, though can’t detect any rum on either the nose or the palate.
