From the Signatory Un-Chillfiltered Collection comes an 11 year old single malt distilled by Ardmore up in the Highlands! This one was distilled back in May 2010 and filled into a pair of bourbon barrels to age until January 2022, when it was bottled up at 46% ABV. As the name suggests, there was none of that chill-filtration going on here when the bottling was happening, so don't you worry about that.
Roasted nuts and oily malt, with a soft hint of fruit salad underneath.
More barley, earthy pear skin, honeydew melon, oat cakes, a smidge of cumin spiciness.
Warming caramel and peppercorn.
