The Ardmore distillery is best known for its peated whiskies, but there are also unpeated offerings to be found, carrying the name Ardlair. This 12-year-old unpeated single malt was distilled in January 2011 and matured in a refill oloroso butt until April 2023, when a total of 628 bottles were independently released by Signatory for the Cask Strength Collection.
