A smoky variation of Plantation's Stiggins' Fancy, which is made with delicious rum, infused with Victoria pineapple, and now given a finishing period in Teeling Blackpitts casks, a peated Irish single malt whiskey. Offers up an intriguing balance of sweetness and smokiness.
