A Douglas Laing bottling of 21 year old Allt-á-Bhainne single malt, drawn from a single refill hogshead cask that matured the whisky from November 1995 to August 2017. A release of 287 bottles from the Old Particular range of independently bottled whiskies.
Apple turnovers, cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins - smells like a bakery, essentially.
Subtly grassy elements, with vanilla and chewy toffee in support.
Banana fritters with diced almonds.
