Aberlour 12 is nice but imo not very interesting. A fairly standard sherry aged whiskey. One thing it has going for it is the nose. It smells absolutely beautiful. However unfortunately the pallet doesn't live up to the hype of the nose. 6.5/10
Beautiful nose, very nice but shorltived mouth feel, almost no finish. Beginner friendly and quite sweet tasting whisky.
Yes it has a fruit cake on the nose but harsh on the mouth,I find it so difficult to get the flavours discibed you all must drink half of a bottle to do the review, I have tried really hard to get the flavours but no, Taste has a white horse background followed by teachers and these are my worst whiskey to drink.

Quite a sweet nose. Almost too sweet. Not a bad mouth feel. Completely non-existent finish though. Like, not a trace of anything. Nothing. Nada. Maybe good for someone just starting to drink whisky.
