Distilled in September 2015, this single cask, single malt from Aberfeldy matured for over seven years. Spending time in American oak before moving to a Beaumes de Venise sweet wine cask, it was bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for The Cooper's Choice series. Only 282 bottles of this limited edition release were produced, without chill filtration or added colour. Expect complex notes of pear and tropical fruit to find their way into this Highlander.
