A glorious French single malt from A. Roborel De Climens. After initial maturation in French oak, this expression was treated to a finishing period in casks that previously held Merlot red wine from Château Guadet. Splendidly fruity with lingering spice, it would be a fab bottle to crack open after a meal.
Tangy notes of cherry and sweeter red fruits, bold barley with a whiff of smoked oak.
Bold barley with elegant, jammy fruit and lingering spice, rich and oaky mouthfeel.
Plenty of spice, with polished oak and black forest gateaux.
