Discarded Grape Skin Chardonnay Vodka 70cl

The Discarded range is all about finding inventive ways to turn ingredients that would have otherwise gone to waste into excellent spirits. This vodka, for example, is made with pomace, which is the skins, stems, and seeds of grapes which are left after winemaking. It's distilled, and then blended with wine alcohol which is left after dealcoholising Chardonnay wine! As we said before, very inventive indeed!
