Bivrost Vodka hails from Arctic Norway, distilled at the foot of the Lyngen Alps! The vodka is blended with melted glacier water before it's bottled at 40% ABV. The crisp spirit pairs exceptionally well with raw or smoked fish. Norse mythology lovers will already know that the bivrost is the viking word for describing the Northern lights, which was thought to be a magical bridge between Earth and heaven.
Slightly mineral, with a subtle creamy touch and white pepper appearing on a dry finish.
