I’ve always had Smirnoff vodka until now. Absolut vodka is just on another level. I didn’t realise there could be such a taste comparison.

Overpriced

It is overpriced and slightly too medicinal for my liking, I tend to prefer Wyborowa or Smirnoff both of which are cheaper and more enjoyable, but I can see why people like this too. I have seen this described as too much money spent on advertising campaigns and too little on the product itself and I think it summarizes this product perfectly.

Does the job

If like me, your preference leans to other spirits (Whisky for me) but you want to keep a bottle of voddy in the house and aren't looking to spend much, it does the job. It's good for shots, fine for mixing and cocktails, wouln't be my first choice for sipping neat. Stoli is my preference these days for the above purposes, but Absolut is a perfectly viable option, and is certainly a better choice than some others in it's price range (looking at you Smirnoff). It does smell like pure acetone though.

The best cheap vodka around, some say stoli, I say abso.....ofcorse, beluga, kremlin, ciroc, snow queen are better they they are double the price
