
A wonderful sweet vermouth from the Still Wild team in Pembrokeshire, Wales! This expression is built upon a base of English wine, and features a host of cold distilled botanicals to create a full-flavour vermouth perfect for all kinds of cocktails – it'll do particularly well in a Manhattan or a Negroni. Saying that, it'll also be marvellous simply served with tonic water, ice, and a good whack of orange.
Red berry with a enjoyable bittersweet edge, followed by floral touches of vanilla blossom, and a subtle savoury hint.

Less sugar than Carpano. Made an Adonis with it and had to up the ratio of Vermouth slightly to get the sweetness correct. Very happy with the flavour and complexity.
Wow! Delicious on the rocks with a slice of orange peel - a great addition to my evening tipple.
Quite distinct and different to other vermouths. Had on its own so far and in a Manhattan. Negroni to follow on the weekend!
