Lustau Vermut Rojo 75cl

A hugely flavoursome red vermouth from Bodegas Lustau - you may be more familiar with their Sherry, or the Redbreast finished in Lustau casks, but this is excellent stuff. They use a base of Sherry and a selection of herbs and fruit like gentian, sage, angelica, wormwood, coriander and orange peel to give it a full-bodied flavour profile.
